i'm doing a website project for my studies .
and i'm going to work with frames instead MasterPage.
now, how do i load a page in the frame from clicking on item in the menu.
I am using aspnet menu control and i want to hide the item initially on page load and show the item after an event is trigger say button lick event Can any one give me an example?
View 6 RepliesI've got a simple website that contains a master page with a menu on it. The menu works fine with IE and Firefox but when I try it in Chrome clicking the menu doesn't seem to work.

The menu is wrapping round on to two rows, how do I keep it on a single row?
I have two frames in a Silverlight application.
One frame contains a TreeView control. When a user clicks on one of the TreeView's items then I want an ASPX page to be loaded into the next frame.
How can I achieve this?

I have a CSS Adapter enabled Menu(having sitemap data source) which I have created using this tutorial Multi Level ASP.NET Menu with CSS Friendly Control Adapters. Now I want to load a div(containing contact info) on one of this menu item's onclick event. let me know how I can do this with jquery? Where should I add the code?

i have a menu which is collapses as a default. This is done by following query.

Now, the problem is, whenever i click on any menu item by expanding the menu, the item page opens but the menu collapses again. I want to let the menu remain as expanded although a menu item is clicked. i.e. menu shouldn't refresh when a menu item is clicked.

The claim id is then passed via url querystring to a claim management page. The claim management page uses a listview to display the various claims and allow users to edit them. I want to use the claim id passed in the url to locate the listview row to open in edit mode, so the user can make changes / alterations to the claim.
