Feb 18, 2011The application should let them send an html-email containing a survey, that people who have contacted the servicedesk with a problem could fill out to improve service. The email must of course contain form tags to be able to send it back to the application to treat the answers of the survey. The problem as i understand it is that outlook 2007 can't handle form-tags in html-emails, is there a workaround for this or is it a lost cause. I know i could always send an email containing a link to a webpage with the survey and let the user fill it out in their browser, but as people are lazy the response rate tend to get very low if the user has to click a link to open a webpage and then fill out the survey. If we managed to get the survey directly in the mail we think that the reponse rate should go up (at least a bit )

Oct 20, 2010I have a web page with links to various files including an Access 2003 .mdb and an Access 2007 .accdb. Both are about 1 mb in size. Both are in the same directory. The hyperlink for both is coded the same except for the database name. Users are instructed to right click on the links and choose "Save Target As..." to download the application to their computer. Currently, users and myself can download the .mdb trouble free. The .accdb will not. The error message states that the site cannot be found or is unavailable. This happens with any .accdb I put in the directory.

The really weird thing is that it will work if I hard code the value:

Connecting To Access 2007 Database Linked To SQL Server And Pulling Records?
Jun 10, 2010I have a issue where I am trying to pull some records from an Access 2007 DB that has linked tables from a SQL 2005 Server. When I go to do this the browser IE8 just sits there and does nothing. THe little progress bar at the bottom moves about half way then that is it. It will sit there and show no errors or do anything. I have experience with connecting and manipulating Access and SQL server DB's but not through Access with linked tables from SQL Server. Here is test code below:

JQuery Stops Working On Wizard Page?
Jun 24, 2010I have a ASP.NET wizard that I need to use jQuery to manipulate some of the CSS styles. For example if a certain criteria is met it will hide a button:

This works great on the first page, but subsequent pages (loaded as controls .ascx) don't work. The wizard doesn't load a new page each time, but simple reloads part of the content using the built in wizard feature.

May 9, 2010Stuck trying to populate a dropdownlist with an ObjectDataSource using the wizard.
using the wizard i can successfully configure the datasource, then I can choose the datasource. The next step you should be able to select your display value and the selected value. However, these boxes are not populated within the wizard. I added a gridview to test the datasource and it displays fine.
