Forms Data Controls :: Accessing GridView Controls On Wizard Button Click?

Is there a way to access the updated text property of a TextBox which is inside a GridView cell when a Wizard controls next or previous buttons are clicked? I have a requirement to not use the edit and/or update buttons on the GridView row. Therefore, I am trying to figure out a way of grabbing the updated values of each TextBox of the GridView on the PostBack. Furthermore, these controls (i.e. Wizard and GridView) are within an AJAX UserControl.
I've adde a WebUserControl inside Repeater control. My WebUserControl consists of basically three controls: a CheckBox, a HyperLink, and some Label control. Plz have a look:

I've some Buttons outside the Repeater control. Now I want to select individual row through CheckBox and process it on Button (outside Repeater) Click.
on my default.aspx page, i have one dropdownlist (which has book types as values e.g. small books, medium books etc.). Then one textbox. And one button named 'Search'. On button click the datagrid shows result by filtering table data with book type and search string that user enter in textbox.
So on 'Search' button click, i want to load the same page with result but with query string like 'Default.aspx?booktype=small' (using response.redirect) if user selects small in dropdown list. The problem is when i click 'Search' button and the page gets loaded again I cannot access dropdownlist values and search string that user has entered. It takes null only when I use,
Iam using a radio button in a Gridview. I want to check whether it is checked or not. If it is checked i want to pass one value or if it is unchecked i want to pass another value. But even when i checked the radio button, it is still showing unchecked in the Debugger. How to check whether it is checked or not. Following is the code iam using:
I am trying to use wizard in an update panel but the wizard is disappearing when I click for the next or prev step button. I only want to close wizard , when I click the finish button. How can I do this ?
I have got a Wizard with StartNavigationTemplate, StepNavigationTemplate and FinishNavigationTemplate. All of them have a button with ID btnSave while the FinishNavigationTemplate has another button with id btnFinish. I am trying to save draft while Save is clicked and Submit when submit is clciked.
My problem is that I can't figure out how to access the ID of the button on which I am basing my conditions. I tried the following code:

Is that the correct way of accessing the button in a wizard footer template or am I doing it wrong?
I got a function to load a grid view and works fine. Then, I got a button, when click, I wanted to add a new row into the grid, what I did is I add a new to to the dataset and rebind the dataset to the grid view.
The problem I faced is that is it able to add a new row, but it only shows ONE column only, which is the most left column.
I am developing an application using Sharepoint Designer.I need to retrieve data from a database for display on the screen.The way I am hoping to implement this is to have a Text box from which data is taken and at the click of a button passed to the procedure (which is within script tags) which calls a stored procedure passing it the value entered in the text box.The problem I've having is that the gridview is not displaying anything (i.e. other than text i entered in the EmptyText property of the gridview ("There are no records"). I have page (inheriting from master page) in which I have a dynamic Grid view (columns are not defined at design time), but gird is binded from xml at run time.
From code behind, I am adding a LinkButton into a single column in Gridview as

But when I click on the link button, it does a post back, but the Click Handler is not called? Also in the same page i have an asp:button, from javascript I am doing document.getElementByID('someid').click(), this also causes a postback but the button click handler on server is not invoked?

I have Web page that uses LinkButton control inside Template Fields of Gridview.I am trying to work on LinkButton Click event and trying to preserve the Value of LinkButton that user click, and based on that value, i want to refresh tha page data.
I used CommandName and CommandArgument property of Linkbutton, but i can use that property only in GridView_RowCommand method by checking e.CommandName expression. But the problem with that Gridview_RowCommand event fire after all other page_load activity. So the value never used in the page_load event to refresh the data in all other control.I also tried to use OnClick Method, Session variable and Hidden variable. but when i run Response.Redirect method from Gridview_RowCommand, it clear all the Session and Hidden variable values. also tried (Response.Redirect(,false)) method but never got success.
Ive got a list of records in a gridview (from an SQLDataSource) where a field value is set to True. I've also added a "reset" button in a template field at the start of the row in the Gridview.
What I would like to do is allow the user to click the reset button on a particular row and 'reset' the true value to 'false' (updating the source data).
I created a gridview that is bound with an SQL datasource - I added a gridview button column. I need to update/insert 'Y' on a specific cell in the row when I press the button

The button column I have says delete on it but it shouldn't really delete it - Once I press the button it puts a 'Y' on a column that is filtered out by my sql statement in the sql datasource
